Currently, 200 million people are unemployed; this high figure should prompt reflection on the importance of UN Goal #8 of the 2030 Agenda, crucial to ensuring that economic growth goes together with social welfare. Investing in the creation of decent jobs, promoting inclusive economic policies, and ensuring social protection for all are fundamental steps toward a fair and sustainable future.
